Personal History:

I am proud to be teaching at the school that I attended and graduated from. As I child I grew up in a traditional Catholic family. I attended private school from kindergarten through my senior year of high school. I knew at a young age, I wanted to help children and allow them to reach their goals and ambitions while teaching in a faith based environment. I first began teaching at the YMCA in Ventura until I went to Sacramento to obtain my BA. While I was at college, I taught in the preschool class for 3 years at the ASI Center at Sacramento State. After I graduated college, I came back to Oxnard in which I became one of the preschool teachers at St. Anthony. This will be my fifth year of teaching now and I am excited to take on a new role as the TK teacher. I am in the process of receiving my Master’s degree in Special Education from Channel Islands University. Also, I look forward to getting married and love spending time with my friends and family.
