Let the countdown begin before Winter Break. We will be busy with all of the activities and learning our Christmas program songs.
We are pleased to announce our new student, Giuliana to our St Anthony's School. Welcome Ambriz-Garcia Family to our Preschool Family.
This week theme is Advent the children will learn meaning of word. How Christmas day is coming soon and we are waiting for that special day to come when we will celebrate Jesus Birthday.
We will be also working on the letter Mm sound,recognition of uppercase and lowercase,Shape triangle, number 9 and color Green. We are also learning the prayer Our father, and the sign of the cross. Please help your child at home with prayers.
If you can help your child find items that start with the letter, word, or theme of the week, please have them bring items or words on paper to class.
Notes and Reminders:
Uniform Policy: As the weather begins to change please remember to follow the uniform policy that is outlined in our Parent Handbook. Sweaters,sweatshirts and jackets must have the school logo on them. Pants/short need to be purchase from Dennis store.
Christmas Parade: I am happy to announce that we won 1st place in the school division and 1st place in the overall parade. We are very grateful for the time and dedication that was put forth by our float! GO TIGERS!!
Family Mass; Sunday, December 11th, at 10:30am Students must wear their uniform to Mass on Sunday to receive free dress on Monday, December 12th . Hope to see you all in Mass.!
1st grade Special Hot Lunch: Friday, December 9th. Please support their fundraising efforts.
December 7th Pan dulce and hot chocolate will be sold at recess for $1.50
Holy Day of Obligation: On Thursday, December 8th , we celebrate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. All children need to be in Full Mass uniform. We will attend Mass at 11:00am.
Secret Santa Workshop: Friday, December 9th, starting at 8:30am in the All Purpose Room..See tiger tidings for more info.
Christmas Program; Thursday evening, December 15th, at 6:30 pm inside the Church. We ask our SAS families to respect that there is 5:15pm Mass. Please DO NOT interrupt our parishioners just beacuse you want to reserve seating. We will reserve the first pews on both sides so that parents may take pictures of their students. We ask that you be respectful and not interrupt the program.
Noon Dismissal: Friday, December 16th, for Preschool to 8th grade. NO TIGER TIME!
